Our History
Next Generation Childcare & Learning Center originated out of a genuine love for children and seeing a need for quality childcare to be provided in order to impact the ever-growing intellect of children. We believe that by providing a nurturing and educational environment for children, we can positively impact the Next Generation!
At Next Generation Childcare & Learning Center we have always maintained Christian values and believe in Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he shall not depart from it.”
We are owned and operated by two perinatal RN’s, Miss Christine and Miss MaryEllen, and a remodeling contractor. Combined Christine and MaryEllen have over 45 years of experience in mother and newborn infant care, along with special care nursery experience.
Our Mission
Our mission at Next Generation Childcare & Learning Center is to provide safe, loving care for children, while still providing hands on learning experiences that will nurture their growth and development. Next Generation wants all children to have the opportunity to grow physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. By providing opportunities for growth in a creative and developmentally appropriate setting, we feel children will bloom into responsible, considerate, and contributing members of society.
We will assist each child to achieve independence, self-discipline, social competence, positive attitudes, morals, an enthusiastic mindset for learning, and an organized approach to problem solving.
Involving families in our program is a priority. This helps children, parents, and our staff make a strong connection between home and our center. We are an extension of the family, developing a partnership where sharing support, ideas, and a genuine love for children is of utmost importance. We encourage parents to participate freely.
